Fadi is our Senior Legal Consultant and has a wealth of experience in handling complex immigration cases, alongside civil litigation and complicated human rights matters including extradition challengesInterpol Red Notice requests and actions against the police

He completed his Law Degree with First Class Honours and has also completed a Master of Laws degree and a Postgraduate Diploma. He is currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Modern Foreign Languages. Fadi was awarded the Middlesex Law Society prize for Excellence in Law and the prestigious Sweet & Maxwell Prize for his academic writing.

Fadi has a wealth of experience having started legal practice in 2007 at the age of 19 and has since progressed from Legal Clerk, Paralegal and completed his Training Contract. To date, he has handled major cases from employment disputes to deportations of foreign criminals whether in private practice or in the voluntary/charity sector where he has volunteered for several legal charitable organisations over a consistent period of time since October 2008. His cases often progress to the High Court and even the Court of Appeal where he has settled several pleadings.

His current appointment in the voluntary sector is as a Trustee of the Richmond Legal Advice Service (RLAS) which has been providing legal advice to residents of Richmond for the last 50 years.

Fadi is also involved in Local Government politics and was a candidate for the Conservative Party in the 2014 Local Elections. He is a prospective candidate for the 2018 Local Elections. In his activity with the Conservative Party, he has met with former immigration Minister, James Brockenshire and discussed policy on immigration detention. He has also met and provided legal advice to the former London Mayor, Boris Johnson.
