Teni Shahiean
Graduated with BA Honours in Law with Business Studies in 2003 and completed her Legal Practice Course in 2004. Following this she soon qualified as an experienced Immigration and Employment Solicitor in 2008.
Her talents were recognised and she was rapidly recruited by a leading Asylum and Immigration law firm and became a Senior Level 2 accredited caseworker. She has successfully conducted a number of High Court cases and has a wealth of knowledge in seeking High Court injunctions against removals. She has also successfully represented clients in front of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber as an advocate.
She joined Gulbenkian Andonian Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor with over 5 years of experience in Immigration, European, Nationality and Human Rights Law.
Since joining Gulbenkian Andonian Solicitors she has handled a significant number of Human Rights, Asylum, European, Nationality and Business Immigration applications as well as appeals to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
She is a ratified member of the Free Representation Unit and has experience in Employment Law as well.
She is fluent in Armenian and has a basic understanding of Farsi.
