He has a well-tuned ability to focus on the human rights aspects of a client’s case in winning appeals. In particular, Dave has successfully concluded very many appeal cases at the Tribunal and higher courts as well as judicial reviews. His credibility in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law and EEA Law is a crucial factor towards client satisfaction.
In particular, Dave has successfully concluded many immigration appeal cases at the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), High Court and the Court of Appeal as well as several Judicial Reviews. A large number have involved clients who were facing imminent deportation. He has a well-tuned ability to focus on the Human Rights aspects of clients’ cases in persuading Judges to grant the appeal.
He has vast experience organising business forums as Secretary of the ASEAN-UK Business Form in the UK. Again, his knowledge adds value to prospective investors and entrepreneurs who wish to explore business opportunities in the UK. He is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA).
He is both a member of the Malaysian Bar and International Lawyers Association. He was educated both in Malaysia and the UK in law.
