Naseem Kadri

Naseem’s interest in law stemmed from her involvement with employment law in her early years working at Heathrow Airport.  She found  there that employees were being deprived of their rights to fair working practices and from time to time would make successful representations on their behalf believing that access to justice was very important for them.

Naseem’s interest in law stemmed from her involvement with employment law in her early years working at Heathrow Airport. She found there that employees were being deprived of their rights to fair working practices and from time to time would make successful representations on their behalf believing that access to justice was very important for them.

She spent a decade with The Samaritans Head Office in Slough, in an administrative support role still devoting her personal time to helping people in the community with their legal matters and achieved positive outcomes in many of the cases. Her most memorable achievement was successfully campaigning amidst considerable opposition for the erection of a place of worship for a large section of Hounslow’s community which today has become a landmark for Hounslow Town.

In the next decade while working with Aspect Telecommunications, she was drawn to assisting members of the community who faced immigration challenges and successfully dealt with entry clearance and settlement visas. In 1999, after some years in human resources consulting and qualifying as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Naseem studied for the Common Professional Exam and undertook the Legal Practice Course, followed by completion of her training contract in April 2003.

Her employment experience includes representation of a number of  employees in their class action against Gate Gourmet (Heathrow) where there had been blanket dismissals of staff who had been dismissed for striking.   Naseem became a partner in the High Street firm in February 2009 and over the years that followed, she became a Criminal Duty Solicitor and also Law Society accredited Family Panel member.

Naseem is persistent and relentless in pursuing her cases until the best possible result has been achieved. She has been acted in cases where there was no possibility of success where only through tireless struggle and a vast investment of time, she managed to achieve successful results. She believes very strongly that total dedication to continuous learning is key to providing an excellent service to clients as having the  correct tools to do one’s job every step of the way is paramount.

Equally important is to recognise that the people who have come to you for help have done so because they rely on your knowledge, skills and ability to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Naseem believes strongly that every single person who presents a case to her is as important as the next. She goes to extraordinary lengths for her clients and her countless testimonials from satisfied clients who vouch for her performance and responsiveness to their needs is  a strong testimony to her work ethic.Naseem currently provides advice on Immigration and Employment matters and also holds criminal accreditation as a Crime Duty Solicitor.
