EU and EEA Matters

 

We have extensive knowledge in the area of EU law, with particular emphasis on freedom of movement for workers and their family members and dependents. We not only have experience of assisting clients with applications to and appeals from the UK Border Agency, but our immigration solicitors also have represented clients before the European Court of Justice.

 

We routinely assist clients in submitting applications for registration certificates, residence permits and permanent residency. We also assist in bringing legal action against the UK Border Agency when there are unreasonable delays in either decision-making or in issuing residence permits.
